  • Is there really a free plan?

    Yes — free forever, no credit card. You get up to 5 shortcuts plus Vim mode and the command palette.

  • What happens after the 14-day trial?

    If you do nothing, you simply drop back to the Free plan. Your Pro-only shortcuts stop firing until you upgrade, but nothing is deleted.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes, in two clicks from your billing portal. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    If Pro isn’t for you, contact support within 14 days of a charge and we’ll refund it.

  • Do features lock mid-session?

    No. Plan limits apply only when you configure shortcuts, never while you work. A shortcut that’s already set up keeps running regardless of plan.

  • Do you have team licensing?

    Team and volume licensing is on the roadmap. Reach out to support if you need seats for a group and we’ll sort something out.
