Who we are

HotKeyNavigator is operated by Vojtěch Kordač, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic under IČO 13960041, with a registered seat at Lány 995, 763 61 Napajedla, Czech Republic. You can reach us at support@hotkeynavigator.com. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean that business.

The service

HotKeyNavigator is a browser extension that maps keyboard shortcuts to actions — links, text templates, DOM click macros, sequences, and custom JavaScript — so you can automate browser work. We provide it on an as-is basis and improve it over time.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide an accurate email address.

Plans & billing

The Free plan is available at no cost. Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Stripe. Pro starts with a 14-day free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and your payment method is charged.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Your right to cancel (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because Pro begins with a 14-day free trial, you can leave before any charge is ever made. If you start a paid subscription and ask to use Pro right away, you agree the service begins immediately and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right ends once the paid period has been fully provided. This does not affect your right to cancel future renewals at any time, as described above.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use HotKeyNavigator to break the law, to violate the terms of the sites you automate, or to disrupt, overload, or abuse any service. You are responsible for the JavaScript you write and run with the extension.

Your content

Your shortcuts, templates, scripts, and other configuration are yours. We claim no ownership over them. We only store them server-side when you enable Pro cloud sync, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & liability

HotKeyNavigator is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from automations you build and run. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, and nothing here removes rights you cannot waive by law.

If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz), the body responsible for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms; we will revise the date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations of these terms. You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the extension.
