Refund Policy
Last updated June 24, 2026
We would rather you try before you pay than ask for money back. Pro starts with a full 14-day free trial, and cancelling takes two clicks.
Try before you pay
Every Pro subscription begins with a 14-day free trial. You can use every Pro power during the trial and cancel before it ends without being charged at all.
Cancelling
You can cancel Pro at any time from your account billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep Pro until then.
Refunds
Because of the free trial, we generally do not refund subscription periods that have already begun. If you were charged in error, or something genuinely went wrong, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right.
Annual plans cancelled mid-term stop renewing but are not pro-rated unless required by the law that applies to you.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. In practice the 14-day free trial already lets you leave before any payment is taken. If you choose to start a paid subscription and use Pro right away, you agree the service starts immediately and accept that the statutory withdrawal right ends once the paid period has been fully provided. Your right to cancel future renewals at any time is unaffected.
